Please Read Before Your Event
Follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth, successful fundraiser for your organization.
1 card per person.
Give them away or sell them ($5/card? $10/card?) That's up to you!
EVERY CARD CONTAINS FOUR ROYAL FLUSHES: Skeptics can scratch ALL the spots (which voids the card!), and see all four ways they could have won!
To comply with all state "games of chance" regulations, every card states "No Purchase Necessary". If someone wants a card but does not want to make a donation to your cause to receive one, they can send an email ([email protected]) where they will be directed to send a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive a card.
Any winning hand must be both scratched and verified AT AND ON THE EVENT DATE ENTERED WHEN YOU ORDERED YOUR CARDS. If this date and/or location changes, we must be notified 24 hrs before the new date/location.
For winning hands, we MUST receive notification via email DURING THE EVENT ([email protected]) WITH A PHOTO OF THE CARD ATTACHED.
Any left over cards can be used for another fundraiser… BUT YOU MUST REGISTER THE DATE OF THAT EVENT 24 HRS PRIOR (charityscratchcards.com). You can also request more cards!
The fundraising does NOT stop when you sell a card!! On the back of the card there are TWO sponsors who have insisted that 100% of the money raised from selling the cards go to the charity (and that there be no charge for the cards for qualifying non-profits).
ADDITIONALLY....Both sponsors will ALSO donate ongoing referral fees to your charity from any sales of their products or services. So please encourage everyone to take their card home and check out the sponsors on the back!
So PLEASE encourage everyone to TAKE THEIR CARD HOME and VISIT THE SPONSOR SITES on the back!!
NOTE: You would potentially be leaving a lot of money on the proverbial table if you stuffed these cards into the bottom of the goodie bag!! Virtually ALL groups who have raised considerable funds from our card sponsors have done so by distributing or selling them either at a designated hole or at the dinner/awards ceremony where someone can clearly explain the benefits of taking the card home.
Feel free to award a prize—or prizes!—to the best hands, even if it's not a royal flush!
